President Trump congratulated U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces for a successful airstrike in Syria that killed a senior al-Qaeda leader. The operation targeted a high-ranking finance and logistics official of Hurras al-Din, an al-Qaeda affiliate. This airstrike is part of CENTCOM's ongoing efforts to disrupt and degrade terrorist operations threatening the U.S., its allies, and partners. CENTCOM Commander Gen.
